We've got tons of military veterans here, parents, people who are first-generation college students. There's a collective commitment to pushing that conversation forward in a respectful way that creates some really innovative projects here.

So really providing data around a theory is something that I found to be different here at Booth, versus my professional experience where a lot of the leaders are going off of intuition.

And just thinking about how to use it more efficiently and more thoughtfully to solve the problems that are before you. I think it just made me more confident and comfortable just diving in and using it effectively.
