How do you lead today? And what type of leader would you like to become?
Consider these critical questions in community with other Booth alumni leaders at our upcoming retreat, Leadership from the Inside Out. This retreat will integrate the art and science of leadership to help you bring your best self forward in our ever-changing world, in which adaptability is indispensable. We will engage in peer learning, psychological models for change, and methods from the performing arts, with the intention of collecting actionable insights that you can carry forward. Our approach to this work will be highly interactive and highly facilitated in service of making the most of the time you invest in yourself with us.
Eligibility
Leadership Retreat is designed for Chicago Booth MBA alumni of any program or graduation year who are interested in reflecting on and developing themselves as leaders.
