The Booth Impact Awards recognize exceptional staff members who exemplify the school鈥檚 staff values in how they perform their work.
In recognition of the 10th Anniversary of the Impact Awards, this year we have expanded the Impact Awards. We will continue to recognize 鈥淐lassic Impact Awards,鈥� and we have added two additional categories of awards:
Workstyle Honors
- Collaboration Champion: Those who build trust, foster teamwork, and make collaboration a natural part of their work
- Trailblazer: Forward-thinkers who introduce new ideas, challenge the status quo, and help shape a better future for the organization
- Behind-the-Scenes Brilliance: Those whose work is often in the background but essential
- Everyday Excellence: Individuals who may not seek the spotlight but always deliver high-quality work
Superlative Awards
- Most Likely to Brighten Your Day: Those whose positivity, kindness, or sense of humor lifts the mood
- The Spark Plug Award: Colleagues who bring contagious energy and enthusiasm to meetings, projects, or daily interactions
- The Calm in the Storm Award: Those who stay cool under pressure and help others navigate challenges with grace and clarity
- The Creative Fixer Award: Colleagues who find clever, resourceful solutions to problems 鈥� often with limited resources/time
